Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy whipping cream, divided
- 6 oz (170 g) dark or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
Instructions

Heat ½ cup of the cream in a small saucepan until just simmering. Remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate. Let sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. Allow it to cool to room temperature. - Whip the Cream:
In a large bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of cream until soft peaks form. - Fold Together:
Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined and smooth. - Chill & Serve:
