Introduction
Crack Chicken Tenders are creamy, cheesy, and loaded with bacon and ranch flavor. Whether baked, fried, or air-fried, they’re juicy on the inside and packed with addictive savory goodness.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken tenders (about 12 pieces)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (4–6 strips)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 beaten egg (optional, for dredging)
- ½ cup panko or crushed pork rinds (optional, for crunch)
- Cooking spray or oil (as needed)
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken
Pat tenders dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. - Mix the Coating
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Mix until smooth. - Coat the Tenders
Spread the mixture over each tender. For added crunch, dip in egg and coat with panko or crushed pork rinds. - Cook the Tenders
- Bake: 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes on a parchment-lined sheet, flipping halfway.
- Air Fry: 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
- Pan Fry: 3–4 minutes per side over medium heat until golden and cooked through.
