Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
Set your convection oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Prepare the rolls
Slice each dinner roll in half using a serrated knife.
  3. Make the creamy base
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the fillings
Finely chop the bell pepper, salami or beef, and mushrooms. Fold them into the cream cheese mixture along with the tomato paste.
  5. Season to taste
Add salt, pepper, and sweet paprika powder. For extra depth, stir in Aromat, Fondor, or Maggi seasoning if desired. You can also mix in some corn at this stage.
  6. Optional step – add richness
Spread a thin layer of herb butter on the roll halves before filling, if you want extra flavor.
  7. Assemble and bake
Spoon a generous amount of the mixture (about one heaping tablespoon) onto each roll half. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake until golden
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and lightly crisp.
  9. Serve and garnish
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm. Enjoy as a snack, appetizer, or light meal paired with a crisp salad.

Tips

  • Customize your filling with ingredients like cooked chicken, olives, or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • If you don’t have a convection oven, use a standard oven at the same temperature and adjust the baking time slightly — look for that perfect golden top!

Enjoy !!
