Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling
In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream (or mayo), and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the flavor mix-ins
Stir in chopped deli meat, bell pepper, parsley, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Assemble the sandwiches
Spread about a teaspoon of the filling onto the flat side of one Ritz cracker. Top with another cracker to form a mini sandwich. Continue until all the filling is used.
  4. Optional baking step
For warm, melty sandwiches, arrange them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 5–7 minutes, until lightly golden and the filling softens.
  5. Serve and enjoy
Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley or paprika. Serve warm or chilled — perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or quick snacks!

Tips

  • For a sweet version, swap the savory filling for peanut butter and honey, or Nutella and banana slices.
  • These sandwiches can be made ahead — just store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • Want extra crunch? Add a tiny lettuce leaf or a slice of pickle before topping with the second cracker.

Enjoy !!
