Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Add white chocolate chips and peanut butter (or butterscotch) chips to the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla, then fold in marshmallows, Rice Krispies, coconut, and peanuts.
- Let mixture cool just enough to handle.
- Roll into small balls and dust with powdered sugar to make “snowballs.”
- Place on parchment to set. Chill for firmer texture.
