Creamy Crab Rangoon Spread

Ingredients

Imitation or real crab meat (chopped)1 cup
Green onions (sliced)2–3
Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
Soy sauce½ teaspoon
Garlic powder½ teaspoon
Onion powder½ teaspoon
Sugar½ teaspoon (optional, gives that classic rangoon sweetness)
Lemon juice1 teaspoon
Shredded mozzarella1 cup
Salt & pepperto taste

Preparation

1. Make the creamy base

In a medium bowl, mix:

  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Mayo

Stir until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add flavor

Mix in:

  • Worcestershire
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic & onion powder
  • Sugar
  • Lemon juice

Taste and adjust seasoning.

3. Add the crab and cheese

Fold in:

  • Chopped crab
  • Mozzarella
  • Half of the green onions

4. Bake

Transfer to an oven-safe small dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

5. Garnish

Sprinkle with remaining green onions.
