⭐ Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)
Optional extras:
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts for dipping
⭐ Instructions
1. Make the Peanut Butter Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat together:
- peanut butter
- softened butter
- vanilla
- Add powdered sugar slowly until a smooth, dough-like mixture forms.
- If the dough is too soft, add a little more powdered sugar.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze for 20–25 minutes to firm them up.
2. Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt:
- chocolate chips
- coconut oil/shortening
Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
3. Dip the PB Balls
- Remove PB balls from freezer.
- Dip each one into melted chocolate using a fork or skewer.
- Place back onto parchment.
- Add sprinkles, chopped peanuts, or sea salt if desired.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until chocolate is fully set.
