Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8ct)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each biscuit in half to make 16–24 small pieces. Flatten each piece gently and add a small amount of cream cheese and mozzarella in the center. Pinch the dough closed to form a sealed ball.
Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush each one with melted butter and sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel seasoning. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with ranch, garlic butter, or marinara for dipping.
