Ingredients (Makes 12 sliders)

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls (connected if possible)
  • 12 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
  • 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions (optional)

For the butter topping:

  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the sliders:
    • Slice the slider buns horizontally as one piece (don’t separate the tops and bottoms individually).
    • Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
    • Layer with cooked ground beef, cheese slices, bacon halves, and optional sautéed onions.
    • Place the top half of the buns over everything.
  3. Make the butter topping:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Brush and bake:
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
  5. Slice and serve:
Cut into individual sliders and serve warm. They pair perfectly with pickles, chips, or a fresh salad.

Enjoy !
