Baked Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne (optional)
  • Sliced green onions for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Fold in cheddar, jack cheese, and pimentos.
  4. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden around the edges.
  6. Top with green onions and serve warm with crackers, celery sticks, tortilla chips, or toasted bread.
