Ingredients:
- 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic (optional)
- Optional: green onions or chili flakes for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté Cabbage: Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion (if using) and sauté for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and cook for 5–7 minutes until softened and slightly golden. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
