Caesar Chicken with Asparagus

Introduction:
Caesar Chicken with Asparagus is a flavorful, one-pan dish that brings together tender, juicy chicken breasts with crisp-tender asparagus—all coated in a creamy Caesar dressing. It’s quick, satisfying, and perfect for an easy dinner that feels fancy without the fuss.


Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear Chicken (Optional): For extra flavor, sear chicken in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side before baking.
  4. Arrange in Pan: Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour Caesar dressing over the top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Arrange asparagus around the chicken.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp: 74°C/165°F) and asparagus is tender.
  6. Serve: Spoon extra sauce from the pan over the chicken and asparagus. Garnish with extra parmesan or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
