Classic Cherry Delight

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar

Filling

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

Topping

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Make the crust:
    Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
    Press firmly into a 9×9 or 9×13 dish, depending on thickness you want.
    Chill while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the filling:
    Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip until fluffy.
    Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Add the topping:
    Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream layer and spread gently.
  4. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight for perfect slices.
