Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)
- 1 apple, chopped (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (to prevent browning)
For the citrus-honey dressing:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or orange juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime or orange zest (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit:
Wash, peel, and chop all fruits as needed. Place them in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the lemon juice over the banana and apple slices to keep them from browning. - Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime/orange juice, and zest until smooth. - Combine and toss:
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. - Serve:
Serve cold, garnished with mint leaves if desired.
