Ingredients

| Imitation or real crab meat (chopped) | 1 cup |
| Green onions (sliced) | 2–3 |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| Soy sauce | ½ teaspoon |
| Garlic powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Onion powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Sugar | ½ teaspoon (optional, gives that classic rangoon sweetness) |
| Lemon juice | 1 teaspoon |
| Shredded mozzarella | 1 cup |
| Salt & pepper | to taste |
Preparation
1. Make the creamy base
In a medium bowl, mix:
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Mayo
Stir until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add flavor
Mix in:
- Worcestershire
- Soy sauce
- Garlic & onion powder
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
Taste and adjust seasoning.
3. Add the crab and cheese
Fold in:
- Chopped crab
- Mozzarella
- Half of the green onions
4. Bake
Transfer to an oven-safe small dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
5. Garnish
Sprinkle with remaining green onions.
