Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (or whipped cream)
  • 1½ cups (130 g) shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes, chopped almonds, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients
    In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, heavy cream, shredded coconut, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Chill
    Spoon mixture into small dessert cups or a large dish.
    Refrigerate for 2–3 hours (or overnight) until firm and chilled.
  3. Serve
    Sprinkle with toasted coconut or nuts before serving for a nice crunch.

🍫 Optional Twist Ideas

  • Frozen Treat: Freeze for 4–5 hours, then serve as a creamy coconut icebox dessert.
  • Chocolate Layer: Add a layer of melted chocolate or Nutella on top before chilling.
  • Tropical Touch: Mix in chopped pineapple or mango pieces.

Storage

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze in individual portions.
