Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (or whipped cream)
- 1½ cups (130 g) shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes, chopped almonds, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Combine ingredients
In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, heavy cream, shredded coconut, vanilla, and salt until smooth. - Chill
Spoon mixture into small dessert cups or a large dish.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours (or overnight) until firm and chilled. - Serve
Sprinkle with toasted coconut or nuts before serving for a nice crunch.
