- 2 cups strawberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Zest & juice of 1 orange
- 1 packet (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
🥣 Instructions
- In a large pot, add strawberries, cranberries, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Cook on medium heat for 10–12 minutes until berries soften.
- Use a potato masher to lightly mash the mixture.
- Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a boil.
- Add pectin, stir well, and boil hard for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and skim foam if needed.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
- Seal jars. Let cool until set. Store in fridge or process 10 minutes in a water bath for shelf-stable jars.
