Ingredients
- 1 package mini phyllo shells or mini crackers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if using phyllo shells.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar, bacon, corn, green onions, mayo, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture into mini phyllo shells or spread onto mini crackers.
- If baking: bake 8–10 minutes until warm and melty.
- If serving cold: chill the filling for at least 30 minutes before scooping onto crackers.
- Set on a party tray and watch them disappear!
