Ingredients:
- 2 cups medium shell pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 cup spinach, peas, or cooked ground meat for added texture
Instructions:
- Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
