No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna

Here is a perfect No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna — creamy, fruity, and dangerously easy. This is a viral-style dessert that uses simple ingredients and tastes like a cheesecake–cookie dream layered into a cold lasagna.

Ingredients

For the crust & layers:

  • 2 packages vanilla sandwich cookies (like Golden Oreos or any vanilla cookies)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

For the cheesecake cream:

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream or 12 oz Cool Whip

For the cherry layer:

  • 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling

Topping (optional):

  • Crushed cookies
  • White chocolate shavings
  • Extra cherries

Instructions

1. Make the cookie crust

  1. Crush the vanilla cookies (leave some chunks).
  2. Mix with melted butter.
  3. Press half the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  4. Set the rest aside for layering.

2. Make the cheesecake cream

If using heavy cream:

  • Whip to stiff peaks first.

Then:

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip until fluffy.

3. Assemble the lasagna

  1. Layer 1: Cookie crust
  2. Layer 2: Half the cheesecake cream
  3. Layer 3: Half the cherry pie filling
  4. Layer 4: Remaining crushed cookie mixture
  5. Layer 5: Remaining cheesecake cream
  6. Layer 6: Final cherry pie topping

Spread each layer evenly.


4. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

This helps it firm up and slice cleanly like a real lasagna.


5. Serve

Top with crushed cookies, cherries, or shaved white chocolate.
